Parking Tickets

There are four ways to pay a Darby Township Parking Ticket

  1. During normal business hours, at the Municipal Building. Come in with any and all tickets and the payment. Make sure you receive and keep your receipt. Payment can be taken in cash, check, or money order. NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS CAN BE ACCEPTED

  2. During normal business hours, at the Police Station. Come in with any and all tickets and the payment. Make sure you receive and keep your receipt. NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS CAN BE ACCEPTED

  3. At any time in the yellow receptacle outside the Municipal Building. You will NOT receive a receipt, so we recommend you do not use cash in this box. Pay only with check or money order, so that you have proof of payment.
  4.  At any time in the yellow receptacle outside the Police Station (previously located at the old Police Station). You will NOT receive a receipt, so we recommend you do not use cash in this box. Pay only with check or money order, so that you have proof of payment.

 

Parking violation details and breakdown of fines:

For regular parking violations, the fine starts at $15. After 48 hours. it increases to $20. After 7 days, it increases again to $50.

For illegal truck parking (6:00PM - 6:00AM), the fine starts at $50. After 48 hours, it increases to $55.

For illegal parking in a handicap space, the fine starts at $100. After 48 hours, it increases to $105. After 7 days, it increases to $125.
