Special Meeting Announcement

The Board of Commissioners for the Township of Darby will hold a special meeting on Tuesday August 4, 2026 at 7 PM at the Township Building located at 21 Bartram Ave, Glenolden PA 19036. The purpose of the meeting is a follows: 1) To receive information related to the implementation of an Earned Income Tax for the Township of Darby from Keystone Collections Group. Said information session will include time to review a presentation on the feasibility of an Earned Income Tax and time for questions from the Board and members of the public. 2) To consider for approval an Ordinance authorizing the Township to file a Declaration of Taking in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County for a certain piece of real estate located at 1470 Linden Ave, Darby Township, Pa for Municipal purposes. 3) Any other business that may come before the Board.

Any resident/taxpayer wishing to be heard on these items may come before the Board and address the same at that date and time.
